Elder Law & Special Needs Group

Our Elder Law team consists of attorneys, specially trained paralegals and a registered nurse on staff. We counsel and represent older persons and their representatives about the legal aspects of health and long-term care planning, wealth preservation, wills, trusts, gifts and administration of estates and related tax consequences.

Among our attorneys are members, past chairs, and district delegates of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law Section and New York State Bar Association Committee on Issues Affecting Persons with Disabilities and NYS Court Guardianship Commission.
